<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car inside information transmission system for efficiently introducing a plurality of systems into a vehicle, by increasing efficiency in the information transmission in the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle information transmission system is a system including a monitor system of monitoring a state of apparatuses arranged in the respective vehicles for constituting a train, and a guide display system for displaying a guide to passengers in the respective vehicles. A transmission terminal arranged in the respective vehicles collects monitor information of indicating the state from the respective apparatuses arranged in the vehicles, and transmits the monitor information and trigger information being a trigger for displaying an image by a guide display device to a trunk line by a trunk line transmission line laid all over in the whole vehicles of the train, and transmits the trigger information transmitted to the trunk line to the guide display device connected to a branch line transmission line in the vehicles.
