<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active matrix type light emitting device. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting device has a plurality of pixels, and the plurality of pixels each have a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor, and a light emitting element. In the first transistor, one of a source and a drain is electrically connected with a first signal line, and a gate is electrically connected with a second signal line. In the second transistor, one of a source and a drain is electrically connected with the other of the source and the drain of the first transistor, and the other of the source and the drain is electrically connected with the light emitting element, and a gate is electrically connected with the other of the source and the drain of the first transistor.
