<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a malfunction of a level shifter without incurring an excessive delay of signal transmission and an increase in current consumption, with respect to a level shifter malfunction prevention circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The circuit has: an N type transistor 30 driven in accordance with a signal to be transmitted; a P type transistor 32 driven in accordance with an output of the N type transistor 30; and a pull-up resistor 34 provided to drive the P type transistor 32, and prevents a malfunction of the level shifter 16 for performing signal transmission between two circuit systems having reference voltages different from each other. The circuit is also equipped with a quick charging means for feeding charging current to a parasitic capacitance 36 before feeding charging current to the parasitic capacitance 36 existing in the N type transistor 30 through the pull-up resistor 34 when the reference voltage of the two circuit systems is relatively displaced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
