<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact exercise device with minimum components where a user performs a lot of exercises while axially minimizing load on a back bone and increasing strength of exercise. <P>SOLUTION: In the exercise device 100, a pair of kneepads 110 and 112 that is independently rotatable is connected with peripheral side parts of first and second knee supporters that are arranged around a peripheral part 116 of a seat 102. An upper limb supporter is connected with the seat, a first seat supporter is positioned behind the seat, a second seat supporter is positioned before the seat, and either an angle height of the seat is determined by adjusting both seat supporters.
