The present invention relates to an injectable composition containing hydroxychloroquine for local administration for treating cancer. An anticancer composition according to the present invention exhibits an IC50 value for sarcoma 180, obtained through an in vitro MTT assay, which is approximately 10 times lower than that of cisplatin, and thus exhibits superior cytotoxic effects. In addition, the anticancer composition according to the present invention not only exhibits dose-dependant effects on solid tumors caused by sarcoma 80 in vivo but also exhibits the effect of an elongated life against ascites tumors caused by sarcoma 80. |
