<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing circuit which prepares an excitation signal adapted to a position sensor so that a sufficient output is obtained from the position sensor, using a signal from the outside. <P>SOLUTION: A circuit part 30 supplying the excitation signal P4 to a sensor part 20 including an excitation coil 21 and detection coils 24, 25 and obtaining detection signals P5, P6 output from the sensor part 20 includes: a trigger detection circuit 38 trigger detecting a sine wave signal Pin supplied from the outside to obtain a rectangular wave signal P2; a reference clock generator 31 generating a reference clock; a logic circuit 15 preparing waveform data for preparing an excitation signal waveform synchronized with the sine wave signal Pin and having a frequency the same as the sine wave signal Pin on the basis of the reference clock and the rectangular wave signal P2; and a D/A converter 35 preparing the excitation signal P4 supplied to the excitation coil 21 on the basis of the waveform data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
