PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking space management terminal apparatus for reducing installation cost and properly determining presence of a vehicle. SOLUTION: In the parking space management terminal apparatus, a vehicle detection part 6 including an optical sensor 7 for detecting whether there is a vehicle 2 in a parking space 8 of a parking lot, a presence display part 3 for displaying whether there is the vehicle 2 in the parking space 8, and a control part 10 for driving the vehicle presence display part 3 on the basis of a detection result of the vehicle detection part 6, are integrally formed.
