PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that it is difficult detecting a definition in a dependency relationship with a corrected definition from another node and re-correcting or confirming it if a correction operation arises at a certain node in a flow, whereas it is easy to design a new definition in accordance with a preset flow. SOLUTION: A system construction apparatus includes an interface, a processor connected to the interface, and a memory connected to the processor. A system construction database stores item definition information including items defined correspondingly to a pattern corresponding to the kind of a system to be constructed, and construction flow definition information defining the order of a process for inputting values to items and a previous process in a manner corresponding to the pattern.
