PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine which prevents the same symbol presentation from being repeated. SOLUTION: There are included: a main control part 30 which decides whether a jackpot condition advantageous to a player is generated by winning lottery processing when a game ball wins a prize in a symbol start pocket, and which outputs a variation pattern command PTi which specifies the outline of presentation contents in relation to the result of a justice lottery ; and a presentation control board 32, which performs a presentation lottery based on the variation pattern command received from the main control part 30 and decides and performs the presentation contents in a presentation display part 20. The main control part 30 has a first means which transmits a reservation number command Di for each prize of a game ball. The presentation control board 32 has a second means which specifies and memorizes a presentation random number value whenever it receives the reservation number command, a third means which reads the oldest untreated presentation random number value that the second means memorizes whenever it receives the variation pattern command, and a fourth means which performs the presentation lottery in relation to the presentation random number value and the variation pattern command.
