PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baby scale having an easily washable upper tray and an easily lockable and unlockable locking mechanism. SOLUTION: This baby scale is provided with an upper tray mountable on and dismountable from a middle tray 130 provided on a measuring part body, through a releasable locking mechanism. A pair of right-and-left U-shaped arms and an end swelling lock pin 166 separated forward and backward from the arm are provided on the under surface of the upper tray; a pair of spindle parts for arm engagement is provided on the right and left side faces of the middle tray 130; a first opening 130a for lock pin engagement is provided on the upper surface of the middle tray 130; a slide plate 140 (locking mechanism) slidable forward and backward and provided with an opening 142 for lock pin engagement, is provided on the opening 130a; a wide part 142a for pin swelled tip part 166a engagement and a narrow part 142b for pin base part 166b engagement are connected on the front and rear sides to constitute an opening 142; the pin base part 166b is engaged with the opening 142; and a slide plate 140 is slid, to thereby perform locking and unlocking of the pin 166.
