ELECTRIC POWER INTERCHANGE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power amount interchange system for interchanging electrical energy, by suppressing ambiguity in the ratio of an electrical energy amount interchanged between electric power consumers to a commercial AC electrical energy.

SOLUTION: The electric power amount interchange system 100 interchanges an amount of photovoltaic electric power generation by a solar cell 3 among houses 131 in a multiple dwelling houses 130. Each house 131 receives commercial AC electric power through the same electric power supply system 120 and receives the electric power supplied from the solar cell 3. An electric power managing device 101 manages the electric energy supplied to each house 131. The electric power managing device 101 obtains a surplus electric energy amount in one house 131 and an electric energy amount requested by the other houses 131, and supplies the surplus electric energy in the one house 131 to the other houses through the electric power supply system 120.
