<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bioinformation acquisition apparatus for reusing luminous flux emitted outside a living body by a diffusion effect inside the living body and improving use efficiency of irradiated light when irradiating irradiation light to the living body. <P>SOLUTION: The bioinformation acquisition apparatus which has a light source for irradiating luminous flux to the living body to be an object and a detector for detecting a signal outputted on the basis of irradiation of the luminous flux to the living body includes a reflection type polarizing element for transmitting at least a part of the luminous flux from the light source and reflecting luminous flux emitted outside from the living body by the irradiation of the luminous flux to the living body. The reflection type polarizing element is disposed so as to cover an irradiation area at a position opposite to the irradiation area of the luminous flux on the surface of the living body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
