PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fix a mold for thermoforming to a base body. SOLUTION: When fixing the mold 40 for thermoforming a resin molding material S1 to the base body 50, a mold side contact surface 41a contacting with the base body 50 when fixed to the base body 50 is provided on the mold 40, and a base side contact surface 50a contacting with the mold 40 when fixing the mold 40 is provided on the base body 50. The mold 40 is fixed to the base body 50 by applying a negative pressure to the base side contact surface 50a to firmly attach the mold side contact surface 41a to the base side contact surface 50a.
