PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film excelling in work efficiency without local blocking or electrostatic charge in the case of being stored for a long period of time regarding the hard coat film of high transparency. SOLUTION: The hard coat film which is a polyester film roll having a hard coat layer on one side, has a film haze of 0.5-2.0%, the roughness of the surface of a polyester film on the back face of the hard coat layer being 30 nm or less, a film thickness unevenness of 1.0% or less, and a rubber hardness of 95-99.
