PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic relay or the like which can be manufactured at a low cost while having a long spatial distance leading to high insulating performance, a long surface distance leading to high tracking performance, and high strength. SOLUTION: A rising wall 14h to rise upward along exciting coil 56 is integrally formed to continue to an insulating wall 14g installed between the exciting coil 56 and an armature. By this, the spatial distance and the surface distance between a movable contact piece 21 and the exciting coil 56 are largely extended as a route around the rising wall 14h. Moreover, the spatial distance and the surface distance between a fixed contact piece 22 and the exciting coil 56 are extended by installing an end wall 13A formed so as to continue to the rear wall 12 and to cover a coil terminal 57 connected to an relay iron 40 and a winding frame 50, and a side of the armature.
