The invention relates to the milk-processing industry, and specifically to the production of products for feeding children, pregnant women and breast-feeding mothers and to packaging for said products. A dry milk mixture is proposed, said dry milk mixture comprising dry fat-free milk, vegetable oils, saccharose substitutes, vitamins, mineral salts, a mixture of prebiotics and probiotics and other additives, with the component ratio being optimized. The product is a balanced food for pregnant women and breast-feeding mothers and for babies of various age groups. The packaging of said dry milk mixture comprises flexible packs with a sealed product, the packs being placed into a rigid box, and each pack, when filled, is in the form of a rectangular cushion, the average height of which is a minimum of 10 times less than the length of any of the sides thereof, each pack containing a mass of a maximum of 0.1 kg of a single portion of dry milk mixture sealed in an inert gas environment. The use of the proposed packaging makes it possible to pack any dry milk mixture into small, single portion packs and to extract the mixture without a risk of the latter becoming contaminated. |
