PURPOSE: An energy reducing system of air conditioning for a clean room is provided to improve energy efficiency by offsetting the cooling load of a clean room and the heating humidification load of outside air. CONSTITUTION: An energy reducing system of air conditioning for a clean room comprises an air conditioning outdoor unit, a cooling device, a cold water supply path, a return water path, a first supply path, a second supply path, a third supply path, and a fourth supply path. The air conditioning outdoor unit comprises a filter, an air washer, a first cooling coil, a pre-heater, and a blower. The air washer heats or cools the air passing through the filter. The first cooling coil is installed behind the air washer. The pre-heater is installed in the front or rear side of the air washer. The blower sends the heated or cooled outside air to the clean room. The return water path returns the cooling water to the cooler from the second cooling coil of the clean room.
