PURPOSE: An automatic gate cutting apparatus for an injection mold is provided to completely remove a gate connected to a product by minimizing an assembly tolerance. CONSTITUTION: An automatic gate cutting apparatus for an injection mold comprises an actuator(100) which is arranged on a side of a template, a horizontal moving body(200) which is connected to a piston(110) of the actuator on an end and has a first angled part(210) on the other end, a vertical moving body(300) which descends when the horizontal moving body is moved backward and has second and third angled parts(310,320) and a gate forming groove(330), and a moving cutter(400) in which a cutting blade(411) is formed on the top of a protruding edge(410) connected to the third angled part. When the vertical moving body descends, the moving cutter is horizontally moved backward to cut a gate.
