<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a plurality of kinds of electronic information to be used in a single vending machine. <P>SOLUTION: In a vending machine which, when purchasing an article by means of an electronic information means 7 that has a plurality of kinds of electronic money, allows a user to select electronic money used for settlement from the plurality of kinds of electronic money, a purchase operation of the user is performed by: first, specifying an article to be purchased in a vending machine 1; and second, exposing the electronic information means 7 to a read-write means 8 of the vending machine 1. Setting of the read-write means 8 is performed in advance in accordance with specific electronic money selected from the plurality of kinds of electronic money that prompts preferentially a settlement process, so that it is possible to reduce the number of exposing actions of electronic information means 7 by the user to one and make the article purchase operation easy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
