PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the safety securement of credit management compatible with and the simplification of configuration and procedures required for authentication.

SOLUTION: The management device 30 includes: a first authentication part 321 to acquire the result of a first authentication which uses discrimination information UID_IN and living body information BID_IN; a second authentication part 322 to acquire the result of second authentication which uses discrimination information PID_IN; a management part 324 to relate the discrimination information UID_IN with the discrimination information PID_IN when both of authentication are affirmed, and store it in a management memory part 342. The game device 26 includes: a storage part 542 to receive input of the discrimination information PID_IN; a reference part 62 to refer whether or not the discrimination information PID_IN is stored in the management memory part 342 as authenticated information A to the management part 324; and an acknowledgement part 64 to acknowledge movement of a credit between a possessed credit number CA of a memory device 14 and a used credit number CB of the storage part 542 when the result of the reference is affirmed.
