PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing jig of a contact type distortion measurement machine for preventing a workpiece from being deformed, and stably fixing it. SOLUTION: The fixing jig 1 for fixing the workpiece W to the contact type distortion measurement machine M includes: a base member 2; base suction members 31, 32 provided in the base member 2, and detachably sucked and fixed to the workpiece W; measurement machine support members 41, 42 for supporting the contact type distortion measurement machine M; measurement machine suction members 51, 52 provided in the measurement machine support members 41, 42, and detachably sucked and fixed to the workpiece W; and coupling arms 61, 62 for coupling and fixing the base member 2 to the measurement machine support members 41, 42. The coupling arms 61, 62 have a position adjustment mechanism 611 for adjusting positions of the base suction members 31, 32 relative to the measurement machine suction members 51, 52.
