PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle driving force control device which provides an acceleration feeling intended by a driver and improves fuel economy even if a travel environment changes such as hill-climbing. SOLUTION: This vehicle driving force control device includes: an elapsed time calculation means calculating elapsed time after starting pressing down on an accelerator pedal based on accelerator pedal opening; a driving force calculation means calculating a first driving force based on the characteristics of the relation between the accelerator opening and driving force and calculating second driving force gradually decreasing as the elapsed time increases with the first driving force set as a reference value; a target driving force determination means determining which driving force of the first driving force and the second driving force is selected as a target driving force; a driving force operation quantity calculation means calculating a driving force operation quantity based on the target driving force provided by at least the target driving force determination means; and a driving force control means controlling the driving force of a driving force source based on the driving force operation quantity.
