<p>The screw holding system has a holding member and a pivoting instrument, where the holding element stays in a releasable connection with a screw insert by using the pivoting instrument. An implantable screw, which is provided to be screwed into a bone or human jaw, is inserted in the screw insert. A rotational locking mechanism is provided in the screw insert, where a friction resulting from accidental removal of the screw is prevented.</p> |
