<p>The device (1) has a central transceiver (3), and a transmission receiver (5) in communication with a decentral transceiver (4). A microprocessor (7) with a program memory (8) for producing payment transactions stays in communication with the decentral transceiver for the central transceiver. The device is divided into a vehicle-fixed mounted device part (9) and a device part (10) i.e. smart card, detachably connected with the vehicle-fixed device part. The vehicle-fixed device part contains the transmission receiver, and the device part contains the processor and the program memory.</p> |
