PURPOSE: An interlocking block using a recycling resource and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve freezing and thawing resistance by controlling the leaching of calcium hydroxide. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an interlocking block using a recycling resource is as follows. A base layer is formed by mixing recycled aggregate 35~50 weight%, sand 15~25 weight%, coarse aggregate 20~30 weight%, cement 15~20 weight%, fly ash 3~5 weight%, water, and mixture and first pressing the mixture(S1). A surface layer is formed by mixing dolomite, coarse sand, water, and cement and second mixing the mixture to the surface of the base layer. |
