PURPOSE: A surfaced treated transparent chip and resin-based reinforced natural stone using the same are provided to obtain a transparent chip with natural metal texture by treating the surface of a silica-contained transparent chip with the colored material of metal powder. CONSTITUTION: A chip for reinforced natural stone includes metal texture and is obtained by treating the surface of a silica-contained transparent chip with the colored material of metal powder. The silica-contained transparent chip is one or more selected from a group including broken-stone chip, quartz, quartz-silica chip, silica-based stone dust, quartz glass, synthetic quartz, silica, silicon dioxide, silica glass, and mirror. The colored material of the metal powder is one or more selected from a group including gold, silver, copper, aluminum, and nickel powder. |
