CONDUCTIVE PASTE AND SOLAR CELL

PURPOSE: Conductive paste is provided to facilitate the movement of electric charges from a semiconductor substrate to electrodes by forming the electrode and to improve the efficiency of a solar cell. CONSTITUTION: Conductive paste comprises conductive powder(120a), metallic glass, and organic vehicles. The glass transition temperature of metallic glass is lower than an eutectic temperature of silicon and the conductive powder. The metallic glass is present in a solid, supercooled liquid or liquid phase at a sintering temperature of the conductive powder.
