PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wearable type excretion apparatus capable of discharging excrement without remaining the same in the inside of the excretion apparatus. SOLUTION: The wearable type excretion apparatus includes a wearing section 10 capable of being worn on the crotch portion of a human body, a receiving section 11 facing the pubic region of the human body and for receiving the excrement, a suction pipe 13 for sucking the excrement via the opening section 12 connected to the receiving section 11, and a sliding plate 17 guiding the excrement in the receiving section 11 to the opening section 12 by sliding along the inner face of the receiving section 11, wherein the excrement in the receiving section 11 can be guided to the opening section 12 by the sliding plate 17 and can be taken in by sucking by the suction pipe 13, therefore the excrement can be sucked and taken without remaining the same even though there is the excrement in the position spaced apart from the opening section 12 for sucking by the suction pipe 13.
