PURPOSE: A cloth dryer is provided to form a fixing drum in vertical section shape. CONSTITUTION: A body includes an inner space of predetermined size, and a fixing drum is arranged in an inner space. The fixing drum has a vertical section shape of non-circle. The vertical section shape is opened toward the front side. A foreign substance collector(63) collects a foreign materials while moving along the inner plane of the fixing drum. The foreign material is attached to the inner plane of the fixing drum.
