TOOLING PIN UNIT FOR JIG APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A tooling pin unit for a jig apparatus is provided to improve welding quality since an eccentric position is aligned to a predetermined position by a rubber ring expanded by compressed air. CONSTITUTION: A tooling pin unit for a jig apparatus comprises a tooling pin(41), a holder(43), a rubber ring(45), an air pipe(47), and a valve. A ring groove is formed along the outer cylindrical surface of the tooling pin. A branch hole is connected to the ring groove. An air hole is connected from the inner central portion of the tooling pin to the lower end thereof. The tooling pin is arranged on one side on a jig table(21). The holder fixes the tooling pin to one side of the jig table. The rubber ring is inserted into the ring groove of the tooling pin. The air pipe connects to the lower part of the tooling pin and supplies compressed air. The valve is installed on one side of the air pipe to open and close the air pipe.
