PURPOSE: An artificial disk device is provided to simply perform operation by minimizing an incision part and to maintain the mobility of the backbone. CONSTITUTION: An artificial disk device comprises: a body portion(10) which is inserted into a space between the backbone from which the intervertebral disc is removed and is formed in a hollow tube shape in order to be filled with contents; an inlet port(20) equipped in the body portion in order to inject contents into the body portion; a guide unit(30) which is combined with the inlet port; and an injection nozzle(40) injecting contents into the body portion.
