LIGNIN POLYMER, COMPOSITES FOR ENVIRONMENTAL-FRIENDLY INTERIOR MATERIALS OF VEHICLE AND PREPARING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A lignin polymer is provided to recycle resources since waste lignin is recycled and to prepare interior materials with excellent tensile strength and elongation. CONSTITUTION: A lignin polymer is such that lignin and sebacoyl chloride are mixed so that a hydroxy group of the lignin and the carboxyl chloride of sebacoyl chloride are mixed in a molar ratio of 1 : 1~3. The lignin is extracted from the black liquor. The average molecular weight of the lignin polymer is 9,000~40,000. An environment-friendly interior material of vehicles comprises 60 ~ 80 weight% of polypropylene, 5~30 weight% of wood dust, and 5~30 weight% of lignin polymer.
