PURPOSE: A lift up type Personal Identification Card handle for a vehicle is provided to improve the receive properties of a PIC antenna by installing the PIC antenna on the rear surface of a handle housing. CONSTITUTION: A lift up type Personal Identification Card handle for a vehicle comprises a lift up lever(10) a PIC button(12), a PIC switch, and a PIC antenna. The lift up lever is installed in a handle housing of a door. The PIC button and the PIC switch are installed near the lift up lever. The PIC antenna is installed on the rear surface f the handle housing and locks or unlocks the door by recognizing a smart key when a person with the smart key presses the PIC button. Ribs are protruded from the top end of the rear surface and the bottom end of the handle housing and support the top and bottom ends of the PIC antenna.
