PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to have improved photoelectric efficiency by the formation of a wavelength conversion layer inside the solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A photoelectric conversion unit is comprised of a P-type silicon layer, an intrinsic silicon layer(220), and an n-type silicon layer to form a pin diode. A first electrode is contacted with the p-type silicon layer. A second electrode is contacted with the n-type silicon layer. A wavelength conversion layer(130) has a nano particle changing the wavelength of a light which is different from a light which is absorbed in the intrinsic silicon layer. A reflective film(150) reflects a light of which wavelength is changed in the wavelength conversion layer. |
