PURPOSE: A secondary battery is provided to secure stability and adopt a simplified structure equipped with a small number of parts by screw coupling a cylindrical can with a cap and adhering them with a sealant. CONSTITUTION: A secondary battery includes: an electrode assembly(100) including a first electrode tab(160), a second electrode tab(180), a jelly roll in which a first electrode(110), a second electrode(130), and a separator interposed between the first and second electrodes are wound; a cylindrical can(200) which accommodates the electrode assembly and electrolytes through a bottle neck part(220) and has a first screw thread(230); a cap(300) which is screwed with the bottle neck part and has a second screw thread(310) coupled with the first screw thread; and a sealing material for adhering them between the peripheral part of the bottle neck part and the inner side of the cap.
