PURPOSE: A vision inspection apparatus for a spool flange surface is provided to simultaneously photograph upper and lower flange objects of a spool by installing a flange inspection camera and a foldable mirror at a position far away from the spool. CONSTITUTION: A spool rotating device, a flange lighting device, and a camera are installed in a box(10). A control unit(6) and a key operating unit(7) are installed on the outer side of the box. A spool is fixed to the upper side of the spool rotating device and rotates in an inspection process. A foldable mirror and a flange inspection camera are installed at a preset distance from the spool. The upper and lower flange objects of the spool are simultaneously photographed by one flange inspection camera.
