PURPOSE: A rain collecting cup for a rain-gauge is provided to accurately measure the amount of rain by including a rain drop dispersing unit in order to uniformly filling the amount of rain in the measuring part of a tipping bucket. CONSTITUTION: A rain-gauge includes a base, a cylindrical cover, and a funnel shaped cup(140). A rain drop dispersing unit is further included in the rain-gauge and is composed of a hat shaped part(142a) and a supporting leg(142b). The hat shaped part multidirectionally disperses rain and discharges the rain through a drain hole(141). The supporting leg is expanded from the lower edge part of the hat shaped part. A tipping bucket is moved to the left and right sides according to the amount of rain. A sensor part detects the movement of the tipping bucket. A rain collecting cup for the rain-gauge includes a recessed part and a bent part.
