PURPOSE: A moving device for a console armrest of a vehicle is provided to improve driver convenience since a console arm rest does not interfere with a parking brake lever. CONSTITUTION: A moving device for a console armrest of a vehicle comprises a console arm rest(10) and a return spring(11). The console arm rest is installed at the upper end of a cover(21) of a console(20) installed between a driver seat and a passenger seat. The console arm rest slides backward and forward. The return spring is installed between fixture pieces. The fixture pieces are projected from the bottom front portion of the console arm rest and the top rear portion of the console cover. The return spring pulls the console arm rest.
