PURPOSE: A method for controlling weaving applied in welding for steel pipe connection is provided to enable uniform welding by preventing welding bead from flow down and minimizing overlap phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling weaving applied in welding for steel pipe connection comprises following steps. The lowest point of a steel pipe connection part is set up a first point(P1). A point at a right angle from the lowest point to upward columnar direction is set up as a second point(P2). A point at a right angle to the highest point is set up as a third point(P3). A weaving angle is gradually reduced from the first point to the second point around a horizontal line. A weaving angle becomes 0 degree to the second point on the horizontal line.
