PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing homogenized and matured Makkoli is provide to suppress precipitation by pulverizing solid materials in fine particles. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing homogenized and matured Makkoli comprises: a step of separating coarse liquor into precipitation and fermented liquid; a step of maturing the fermented liquid; a step of freeze-drying the precipitation and make in fine particles; and a step of mixing the fermented liquid and powder. |
