PURPOSE: A shoe insole is provided to generally alleviate the fatigue of a foot during the correction of the plantar and walking. CONSTITUTION: A shoe insole comprises: a bottom part(110) which comes into contact with the foot of a wearer; an arch part(120) which is formed in one side of the bottom part in order to correspond to the arch of the foot coming into contact with the bottom part; and a supporting unit(130) which is attached to the bottom of the arch part by the medium of adhesive or double sided tape and controls the amount of injected air when necessary. |
