THE WHOLE CROP BARLEY FERMENTED FEED TREATED WITH BACILLUS LICHENIFORMIS AND ASPERGILLUS NIGER MIX CULTURE MANUFACTURING METHOD

摘要

PURPOSE: Whole crop barley fermented feed using a mixed culture of bacillus licheniformis and aspergillus niger, and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the digestibility of fibrous feed. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of whole crop barley fermented feed using a mixed culture of bacillus licheniformis and aspergillus niger comprises the following steps: cutting the whole crop barley, and controlling the water content into 50~70%; fermenting the whole crop barley using the aspergillus niger as a fermentation organism; injecting a strain into the mixture; and cultivating the strain for 3~5days at 30deg C.
