PURPOSE: Apparatus and method for fabricating a veneer panel having complex intaglio and relief pattern are provided to rapidly and precisely form complex intaglio and relief patterns by performing panel leveling, veneer panel adhesion, and level scraping. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for fabricating a veneer panel having complex intaglio and relief pattern comprises a first base frame(10), scraper(11), brush device(12,13), press level device(30), second base frame(20) and slider(21). The scraper is installed in the first base frame and comprises a cutter. The brush device is installed in the first base frame and comprises the brush. The press level device is installed on the first base frame and transfers the laminated veneer panel to the scraper. The second base frame is installed under the first base frame. The slider transfers the laminated veneer panel to the scraper.
