PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast receiving device that efficiently displays a program list of a program that has been recorded, and facilitates selecting the recorded program when a viewer watches the recorded program, and to provide a method of manufacturing the recorded program. SOLUTION: The digital broadcast receiving device includes: a video recorder that records programs of channels that are designated to record in multiple different time zones that are designated to record; a recording program list generating unit that generates a recorded program list that displays only the channels and recorded programs that are designated to record in the multiple different time zones; and a display control unit that displays the recorded program list on a screen of a display device.
