PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attraction type paper sheet holder in which arrangement, classification or the like of paper sheets such as many memo paper can be easily performed, and contents of the paper sheets are visible. SOLUTION: The attraction type paper sheet holder includes a lower file 18a, an intermediate file 18b and an upper file 18c wherein closed sides 16a, 16b are formed on two sides sandwiching one corner part, and a card ring 12 is inserted at the corner of the one closed side 16a and at the corner at the end of the opposite side, and which are bundled with the card ring 12. The intermediate file 18b can be fixed at an inclined angleαof 90°or less with respect to the lower file 18a by rotating on a plane parallel to the lower file 18a, and the upper file 18c can be fixed at an inclined angleβof 180°or more by reversion.
