An operation management device receives management data of elements of a plurality of devices to be managed, obtains the dependency of trouble data which are data of devices having trouble out of the received management data in accordance with definition information which defines the dependency among the elements, obtains the dependency of non-trouble data which are data of devices having no trouble in accordance with the definition information, compares the trouble data and the non-trouble data to obtain management data of a common element, and extracts the difference between the trouble data and the non-trouble data with respect to the management data of the elements dependent on the common element. |
