NOZZLE ASSEMBLY OF A MINI-SPANGLE AND A ZERO-SPANGLE COATING STEEL SHEET AND METHOD FOR USING THE SAME

The nozzle assembly improves productivity, corrosion resistance, surface brightness and smoothness of galvanized steel strip by easily, changing spraying angles without stopping operation to optimize the spraying angle. The nozzle assembly comprises: (A) an electric motor(56) with a supporting rod(53) connected with pinion gears(52a,b); (B) a pair of rack gears(45a,b) facing pairs of rotary gears(39a,b); and (C) nozzle cassette(20) equipped with spraying nozzles(22).
