The device (10) has collapsible lamellas (11) comprising laterally partial guiding elements. The guiding elements are engaged in guide grooves (22) of a rail system (20), where length of the guiding elements is adjusted such that total width of the device is reduced transverse to the guide grooves to remove or insert the from or device into the rail system. A holding section (13) is placed on an upper side of one of the lamellas, and a cover element (14) is arranged at the holding section, where the lamellas are partially formed from an opaque material. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle comprising a rail system with two rail units.
