FABRICATION METHOD OF LAB-ON-A-CHIP USING PRINTING TECHNIQUES

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a lab on a chip using a printing technique is provided to enable easy patterning since CAD according to desired patterns is inputted into a printer. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a lab on a chip using a printing technique comprises following steps. A lower electrode(110) is printed on the surface of a prepared lower substrate(100). Micro channel patterns are printed on the surface of the lower electrode for the formation of a micro channel. Adhesive(300) is spread on the outside of the micro channel pattern for the formation of a bonding layer. An upper electrode(410) is printed on the prepared upper substrate(400). The lower substrate and the upper substrate are assembled by the bonding layer. The adhesive is UV adhesive.
