<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: a whole length including a gas airtight container and a housing chamber of a mechanism part and control equipment becomes large. <P>SOLUTION: The device includes: a coupling bar 50 coupled with an output axis 21 of an electromagnetic operation mechanism 12; the mechanism part-housing chamber 51 to house the coupling bar 50 and the electromagnetic operation mechanism 12; the control equipment-housing chamber 54 which is deployed in parallel with an open-close direction of a vacuum valve 1 and houses control equipment to display an operating state of the vacuum valve 1; and a both-end stretchable flexible cable 55, one side of which is coupled with the coupling bar 50 housed in the mechanism part-housing chamber 51 and the other side of which is coupled with the control equipment housed in the control equipment-housing chamber 54 and which operates the control equipment by stretch movement interlocked with movement of the coupling bar 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
